All our items are sent by 1st class post for UK and Airmail post for destinations outside of UK. Al items ordered and paid for by close of business 18th December will be sent the following working day in time for Christmas.
The recommended times for posting items to arrive in time for Christmas for UK destinations are:
Saturday 20th December - UK 1st class & Signed For
Tuesday 23rd December - UK Special Delivery
The recommended times for posting items by Airmail and Internationally signed for to arrive in time for Christmas for outside of UK destinations are:
Friday 5th December - South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (except Japan), Australia and New Zealand
Wednesday10th December - USA, Canada, Japan and Eastern Europe
Friday 12th December - Western Europe

For all Pole Delights Pole packages, these custom made packages are sent by courier. Once they are cut and packed, they are booked in for collection. Once collected by the courier they normally arrive the next working day for most UK addresses. Outside UK allow up to 2 working days. If you wish to order a Pole Delights Pole to be delivered in time for Christmas you will need to place your order and pay for your order by 8am on Friday 19th December for UK mainland delivery.
We cannot guarantee orders will be delivered on time as delivery will depend on Royal Mail and the local courier. We will do our upmost to ensure everything is dispatched in time.
